On Remembrance Sunday, Milton Keynes' top Floorball team travelled to Birmingham to play the third and fourth game of the season.

The first game against Nottingham started slowly. After a minutes silence for Remeberance, the two teams spent the first ten minutes feeling each other out. Despite an early injury to Tomas Kuban stopping him from taking any further part in the day, MK started to show that this was going to be their game! An own goal and 1 each from Andy Hall and Nick Clapham took us into the first break 3-0 up. Although we conceded our only goal of the game in the second, our ball movement was tearing Nottingham apart. 1 more goal from Andy Hall, Thomas Humble and a third period hat trick from Matt Spring saw MK walk away 8-1 winners.
This was the best Floorball Milton Keynes have ever played and led to the Nottingham coach to say there was nothing his team could do to stop MK.

Game 2 was our second game of the season against Warwick 1. A much quicker start this time from MK moving into a 5-1 lead by the middle of the second period. Again, some great Floorball being played. But again, like in the previous game against Nottingham, we lost another defender to Injury. This time coach Mark Sleight had to leave the game in the first period. The disruption of losing a second defender on the day started to tell and MK had to work hard to grind out a 9-7 win.

MK have won 3 out of their first 4 games and are sitting joint top of the league table and in a playoff position.
